Who we are
Nagrevatel BG Ltd. is a manufacturer of electric heating elements based in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. We build heaters for industry and the home — custom-made and as a standard series.
Behind Nagrevatel BG is one person: for over 10 years I’ve made every heater myself — from winding the wire to load-testing it.
How we work
Every heater is made by hand and passes through our hands at every stage. It’s slower than a production line — and more reliable for it: the hand process lets us remove the hidden defects that automated production bakes in.
We use Kanthal heating wire, and Sandvik alloys for the bodies of special-purpose heaters. Every heater is load-tested before it leaves for the customer.
What we make
Custom heaters — from a drawing, sketch, photo or a failed sample; single units and small series. And a standard line of igniters for pellet burners, stoves and boilers — for almost every model on the market.
Who we work for
Our heaters run in plastic extruders, hardening furnaces, food equipment, drying chambers, laboratory and medical equipment, marine engines and pellet heating systems. The photos in the gallery are real units for real customers.
