How to order

We work two ways: standard products from our line, and custom heaters built to your specification. Either way, you get a firm price and lead time before you commit.

Standard products — pellet burner igniters

Pick the model matching your burner or stove brand: Ferroli, Lamborghini, Greyko, Mareli, Pellas, IVG and others.

Order by email or phone — state the model and quantity. Service companies and resellers: volume pricing, ask for the trade price list.

Custom-built heaters

Send us at office@nagrevatel.bg:

• a drawing, sketch or photo — or the failed heater itself;
• dimensions (length, diameter/cross-section);
• wattage and voltage;
• working environment (air, water, oil, acid, etc.).

We reply with a firm offer — price and lead time. We build single units and small series alike.

Lead times

Standard production time: 10–15 working days.

Express service: urgent orders are built with priority — terms confirmed when you order. Call us if you need the heater fast.

Shipping and payment

Courier delivery across Bulgaria and the EU. Shipping and payment terms are confirmed with your order.
