Flanged heaters
We make flanged heaters to order – by model or by drawing – and carry out repairs. With immersion heaters, achieving high quality and a long service life is difficult because of the many details that must be taken into account. We have many years of experience producing this type of heater and offer unmatched quality.
Fast, efficient heating of liquids
A flanged heater is usually an assembly of several U-shaped tubular heaters or cartridge heaters brazed or welded to a flange, typically with an inch thread. Flange immersion lets you heat any liquid – water, thermal fluid, oil, heavy fuel, corrosive (acidic) and alkaline solutions, gas mixtures, natural gas and more. Heating is fast and efficient.
Temperature control
Flanged immersion heaters are especially suitable where precise control of the liquid temperature is required – a temperature sensor can be embedded in the centre of the flange. This allows a very short feedback loop and precise control. We can recycle your failed heater by reusing its flange – in which case the final price is significantly lower. If your process does not require express heating or high temperatures, also consider our ceramic heaters.
